Week 21: Minestrone x Two (One with; One without)
I
went grocery shopping on Sunday for soup ingredients for today's
(Wednesday's) Multicultural Center staff and volunteer holiday luncheon,
and I made the soup last night (Tuesday). Soups, actually. We have
several vegetarians and vegans on our staff and volunteer team, so I
made one batch with and one without meat.

Week 22: Soup and salad? Soup in salad? Salad in soup? Salad 'n soup? Soupy Salad? Whatever...Yuuummm!!!

Week 23: Cappelletti in Brodo Per Natale (Stuffed Pasta Hats in Broth for Christmas)
My contribution to this year's Multicultural Center staff and
volunteer holiday lunch turned out to be pretty good, despite the major
adaptations to the recipe I ended up having to make. It actually hardly
resembles the original recipe at all, and I really shouldn't even call
it by the name of the actual recipe.

to support you in these moments. You must also learn to encourage
yourself and decide to stay determined in life.”
